We're extremely proud to announce that HAAS Alert has joined the Fire Apparatus Manufacturing Association (FAMA) which advances and protects the interests of the fire and emergency services community through the use of member companies’ resources. FAMA's mission supports realistic and attainable fire safety truck standards in industry-related legislation and regulations. HAAS Alert is the first provider of R2V (Responder-to-Vehicle) and R2R (Responder-to-Responder) technology, which helps first responders avoid collisions en route to calls by alerting drivers in the road, and even other first responders, when they are approaching.

Recently, we were in Arizona, for the FAMA Fall Meeting where new members were officially welcomed on-board. We were particularly gratified to join FAMA as the first members exclusively focused on R2V and R2R technology, which is changing the ways that emergency crews communicate with other vehicles to avoid dangerous and costly collisions.

Moving forward, HAAS Alert is continuing to help emergency departments and connected cities make the roads safer and response times quicker using R2V technology. We look forward to deepening our relationships across the industry and are working with new departments every week who are adopting R2V.
