HAAS Alert Customer Referral Program Rules and Regulations

  1. Eligibility: The HAAS Alert Customer Rewards Program ("Program") is open to existing customers of HAAS Alert and any individual or business entity legally capable of entering into a contract. The business must be located in the United States. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees, agents, and affiliates of HAAS Alert, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  2. How to Participate: To participate, refer a friend, colleague, or business to HAAS Alert using the referral form available on our website. The referred party ("Referee") must mention the referrer's name and contact details during the initial contact with HAAS Alert. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously purchased or been in contact with HAAS Alert regarding services.
  3. Referral Rewards: Rewards are issued based on the fleet size of the Referee after they have paid for HAAS Alert services. The reward will be issued as a credit to the Referrer's account. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.Each contract signed counts as one referral:
    • <5 trucks: $100
    • 5-10 trucks: $200
    • 11-25 trucks: $500
    • 26-50 trucks: $1,000
    • 51-100 trucks: $2,500
    • 101-250 trucks: $5,000
    • 251+ trucks: $12,500
  4. Conditions for Earning Rewards: The Referee must sign a contract with HAAS Alert and start using the services within 6 months of the referral. The reward is issued after the Referee has made the first payment under their contract. Multiple referrals are allowed, and each referral is eligible for its respective reward based on the Referee's fleet size.
  5. Limitations and Exclusions: Self-referrals are not permitted. Referrals that result in contract cancellations of service will be deemed invalid, and rewards will be forfeited.
  6. Confidentiality and Privacy: All information submitted as part of the referral must be accurate and truthful. Referrers and Referees agree to HAAS Alert's use of their personal information in accordance with HAAS Alert's Privacy Policy. Confidentiality clauses will apply to all referrals to protect the privacy and interests of all parties.
  7. Compliance with Laws: The Program is void where prohibited by law. The Program is only valid for those residing in the United States. Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including anti-bribery laws. Rewards provided under the Program must not be used to improperly influence any decision or to obtain an unfair advantage.
  8. Tax Implications: Referral rewards may be subject to tax reporting and withholding. Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with rewards received through the Program. HAAS Alert will provide necessary tax documentation to the participants as required by law.
  9. Modification and Termination: HAAS Alert reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting to HAAS Alert's website. In the event of Program termination, pending rewards will be honored according to the existing terms and conditions.
  10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Participants agree to waive any rights to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
  11. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations. Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
  12. Referral Validation: All referrals will be subject to validation by HAAS Alert to ensure compliance with program terms. HAAS Alert reserves the right to reject referrals that do not meet the criteria or are found to be fraudulent.
  13. Reward Issuance Timeline: Rewards will be credited to the Referrer's account within 60 days after the Referee makes their first payment under the signed contract. Referrers will be notified via email once the reward has been credited.
  14. Disqualification Criteria: Referrals that result in contract cancellations of service will not qualify for rewards. HAAS Alert reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Program if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of the Program terms is suspected.
  15. Program Communication: All communications related to the Program will be conducted via email. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact information is up to date. Participants will receive periodic updates about the status of their referrals and rewards.
  16. Program Participation: By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to promote HAAS Alert in a positive and truthful manner. Misrepresentation or false claims about HAAS Alert's services will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
  17. Use of Referral Rewards: Rewards credited to the Referrer's account can be used towards future HAAS Alert services and fees. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
  18. Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. Each valid referral will be eligible for its respective reward based on the Referee's fleet size. Participants can earn multiple rewards if they refer multiple businesses or individuals that each sign a contract with HAAS Alert.
  19. Handling Multiple Referrals: In the event multiple participants refer the same organization, the reward will be issued to the first Referrer whose referral is validated and acknowledged by HAAS Alert. Subsequent referrals for the same organization will not be eligible for rewards.
  20. Referral Program Policy Changes: HAAS Alert reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Program at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email and through updates on the HAAS Alert website. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
  21. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold HAAS Alert harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation in the Program.
  22. Anti-Bribery Compliance Statement: The HAAS Alert Rewards Program is designed to incentivize and reward our customers for referring new business in a transparent and lawful manner. We are committed to ensuring that our program complies with all applicable anti-bribery laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct: Any attempt to manipulate, deceive, or otherwise engage in unethical behavior to gain rewards through this program is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. This includes, but is not limited to, making false referrals or attempting to gain undue influence over potential Referees.
